Purpose and Private Ownership

This is a private reference service with no connection to a public office. We do not store official arrest or jail records. We cannot confirm that someone is in custody, arrange a release, change a booking entry, or file a document with the Meade County Detention Center, Sheriff’s Office, court, or Kentucky Department of Corrections.

Our pages direct visitors toward Meade County inmate and jail-record sources and may connect them with third-party research tools. Each government office and outside provider controls its own records, services, and decisions.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site responsibly and without harming people, systems, or other visitors. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service in a way that violates any law
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone
• Rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions

FCRA Use Is Prohibited

Meade County Recent Arrests is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do our advertising partners. By using the site, you agree not to use any information for these FCRA-covered decisions:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment action
• Tenant selection, lease approval, or housing screening
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance premiums
• Licenses, permits, or eligibility for a government program
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

External Resources and Services

Links may lead to jail rosters, booking resources, sheriff and corrections sites, government portals, legal-aid information, or outside search providers. We do not control or endorse their content, privacy practices, data handling, accuracy, or availability. Review the terms and privacy policy of any external service before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site, its content, and its features are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty or guarantee concerning:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current status of information
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability
• Freedom from errors, bugs, or security weaknesses
• The completeness of results returned by a search partner

Custody status and public records can change at any time. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Meade County Sheriff’s Office, Meade County Detention Center, Kentucky Department of Corrections, a court, or another government agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Meade County Recent Arrests and its operators will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from access to, reliance on, inability to use, or use of the site or an external service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meade County Recent Arrests and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the site or your violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Original text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Meade County Recent Arrests or the content partner that supplied them. You may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from those materials without prior written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. A new version becomes effective when it is posted on this page, and continued use after posting means you accept the revised terms.

Suspension or Loss of Access

Kentucky Law Governs

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction within Kentucky.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds any provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
